Membership

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS 

By applying for and using a membership at Fore Seasons Indoor Golf, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by Fore Seasons Membership Terms and Conditions as outlined below, in addition to Fore Seasons Indoor Golf General Terms and Conditions.

These membership terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Fore Seasons Indoor Golf's facilities.

MEMBERSHIP TERM

Membership has a minimum term of three (3) months from the date of initiation. Early termination of the membership before the completion of the minimum term may be subject to an administration fee.

MEMBERSHIP FEES & PRICING

Membership fees will be charged weekly. Membership pricing details can be found on the Fore Seasons Indoor Golf website. Alternatively, members may request detailed pricing information by contacting Fore Seasons Indoor Golf directly.

UNUSED SESSIONS

Unused simulator sessions do not roll over to subsequent weeks. It is the member's responsibility to utilise their allocated sessions within the respective billing week.

EARLY TERMINATION ADMIN FEE

If a member chooses to terminate their membership before the completion of the minimum three-month term, an administration fee of $100 will be charged. The administration fee is intended to cover the costs associated with processing the early termination and related administrative tasks.

MEMBERSHIP ACCESS

Members have 24/7 access to the indoor golf simulator venue. Access may be restricted for maintenance, special events such as Exclusive Venue Hires, or unforeseen circumstances. Members will be issued a fob key for 24/7 access to the indoor golf simulator venue. The fob key is non-transferable, and members are solely responsible for its use. Lost or stolen fob keys must be reported to Fore Seasons Indoor Golf immediately to prevent unauthorised access. Members may be subject to a replacement fee for lost or damaged fob keys. Members acknowledge and agree that the use of a fob key for facility access is a convenience provided by Fore Seasons Indoor Golf, and members are responsible for the security and proper use of their fob keys.

MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION

Fore Seasons Indoor Golf reserves the right to terminate a membership for violations of these terms or inappropriate behaviour. Termination may result from, but is not limited to, the following reasons:

• Fails to pay membership fees when due.

• Failing to follow club rules.

• Intentional damage.

• Allow access to non-members.

• Deemed serious misconduct.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION

Members can book simulator sessions in advance through the online booking system. Cancellations must be made within a reasonable time frame, as specified by Fore Seasons Indoor Golf.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Members must adhere to a high standard of conduct and respect towards staff and fellow members. Any behaviour that disrupts the enjoyment of the facility for others may result in membership termination.

EQUIPMENT USAGE

Members are responsible for using the Fore Seasons golf balls provided by Fore Seasons Indoor Golf appropriately.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

I acknowledge that while in the facility, I am responsible for my own belongings. 

SECURITY

I acknowledge that for security and accept for safety, Fore Seasons Indoor Golf can use security video surveillance systems to monitor the facility 24 hours a day. Video systems are limited to the golf simulation area.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Fore Seasons Indoor Golf shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by members during the use of the facility. I acknowledge that the use of Fore Seasons Indoor Golf during staffed and after hours may pose a risk of injury or harm. I confirm that while in the facility, I will use the equipment and services at my own risk. I release and indemnify Fore Seasons Indoor Golf, its staff, servants, and agents against any and all claims relating to any injury, loss, or serious harm caused to me or my property.

Amendments: Fore Seasons Indoor Golf reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at its discretion. Members will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the facility constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
